Services and prices
Everything I do, with a price attached. Each figure is the starting price for the scope described in that service — open one to see exactly what that covers, add the extras you want, and build a quote request as you go. Nothing is charged here, and nothing is sent until you submit it.
How the pricing works
Published prices are starting points
Each figure covers the scope described in that service. Scale, existing mess, and deadlines move it. You get a written quote before anything begins, and it does not move after that without you agreeing to it in writing first.
Fixed, hourly or monthly
Fixed-price items have a defined deliverable and a defined end. Hourly is for work that cannot be scoped up front, billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour. Monthly retainers run month to month with no minimum term.
You own everything, including the exit
No proprietary tooling, no licence owed to me, no component that stops working if you stop paying. Every deployment ships with a runbook covering restart, upgrade, rollback and recovery, so you can take it over or hand it to someone else.
Nothing changes without your approval
Hardening and migration work is presented as a list of individual changes, each with what it does and what it will break. You approve them one at a time. No all-or-nothing scripts that reconfigure forty things at once.
Contracts, invoices and NDAs
Available on request for any engagement. Payment by agreed method per project. Larger work can be split into phases with a payment against each one, so neither of us is carrying all the risk.
Credentials are never stored in plaintext
Any work I do on your systems keeps secrets encrypted at rest and injected at runtime. If your current setup has passwords sitting in environment files, fixing that is a service on this page.
Not sure which of these you need?
Describe what you are trying to build, fix or escape from. I will tell you which services apply, and say so plainly if the answer is none of them.
